Each work was made slowly enough that it stopped being a picture and became a place. Enter one and you will find its details, the story of how it survived, the idea it is arguing with, and a single question left waiting for you at the end.
You are welcome to look and leave. But most people who go far enough into one of these works end up thinking less about the drawing and more about themselves. That is the point of the room.
